Abstract

Two isomer-like, pyrene-decorated Fe(ii) spin crossover (SCO) complexes, [Fe(L1)2](BF4)2 and [Fe(L2)2](BF4)2, exhibit a dramatic 140 K (ΔT1/2) variation in their switching temperatures.
