Ba0.3Co4Sb12 samples containing hierarchically structured TiO2 show a very good thermoelectric performance, with the highest ZT value reaching 1.2 when 0.5% P25 plus 0.5% TiO2 aggregates are added to the Ba0.3Co4Sb12 matrix.
