Abstract

Organic photovoltacis (OPVs) with MoO3/MoS2 nanostrucutres demonstrated 27.9% indoor efficiency. The TMSs nanosheets in active layers exhibit improved absorption, denser molecular packing, large mobilities, and reduced trap-assisted recombination.
