Abstract

One of the strongest Ln-rad magnetic coupling was attained in a family of dinuclear Ln metallocenes via the trans coordination mode of a tetrazinyl-based radical bridge, with the Tb(iii) and Dy(iii) analogues exhibiting SMM behaviour.
