Abstract

The influence of Bi2O3–MoO3–B2O3–Na2O flux components on the crystallization of the triple oxides (Mn,Fe,Ga)2O3is studied. 9 single crystal samples of bixbyite, spinel and orthorhombic phase are obtained and characterized.
