Abstract

A cutting [Na5Dy6] phosphonate cluster and a recombinant [Na4Dy8] phosphonate layer are isolated using the pyrazinyl hydrazone ligand. The latter presents the first heterometal phosphonate exhibiting triple N-bridges of pyrazinyl groups.
