Abstract

Two novel high-Tperovskite crystals, [Cl-C6H4-(CH2)2NH3]2CdX4(X = Br 1; Cl 2), have been assembled, possessing evident thermal-dielectric anomalies, direct-band-gap characteristics and an enhanced temperature of 21 K from 1 to 2.
