The Fe-content in Ba0.50Sr0.50Co1−xFexO3−δ directly influences the extent of surface reconstruction, and thus the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance in alkaline media, by controlling the stability of surface Co2+-atoms and bulk structure.
