Abstract

Highly potent anti-HBV lipopeptides were prepared by S-lipidation using the “Cysteine Lipidation on a Peptide or Amino Acid” (CLipPA) thiol–ene reaction. Interestingly, target binding efficacy correlated poorly with inhibitory potency.
