Abstract

The effect of secondary interactions (hydrogen bonds and van der Waals contacts), steric hindrance and electric charge, on the binding of VIVcomplexes formed by pipemidic and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acids with ubiquitin and lysozyme is studied.
