Abstract

ICG@HES-SS-DOX NP was formed by crosslinking HES-SS-DOX with ICG. Exposed to NIR light, ICG degrades, leading to the dissociation of NP. The scattered HES-SS-DOX can penetrate deep in H22 tumor.
