Abstract

隨著環保意識的抬頭與全球氣候變遷的議題,以再生能源代替化石燃料發電已經成國際間關注的議題,先進國家開始推動智慧電網的發展與電力網路的升級,在智慧電網中使用了許多通訊、運算、控制及切換設備,這些設備都會產生電磁干擾,並與環境中的電磁干擾互相結合,形成一個相當複雜的電磁環境,而這些電磁干擾會經由傳導、輻射或耦合的方式會影響在環境中的其他設備,造成性能降低或操作失效引起危險,國際間有許多標準制定組織對智慧電網相關的電磁相容議題制定出一系列的規範,使得智慧電網的產品在生產或製造時有一標準可供參考,減少電磁干擾的影響。透過測試與認證的程序,也可以簡化智慧電網相關產品進出口貿易的困難度。本篇論文將電磁干擾的發生原因,干擾途徑與常見的電磁相容相關測試,並將智慧電網用戶側中的電磁相容測試規範及常見電磁相容不符合的改善方法做一整理。 ; With the rise of environmental consciousness and the issue of global climate change, renewable energy alternative to fossil fuels has been a subject of international concern. Advanced countries began to promote the development of smart grid and upgrades power networks. The use of many smart grid communications, operation, control and switching equipment, which will produce interference, combined with environmental electromagnetic interference with each other forming a fairly complex electromagnetic environment. At the meantime, electromagnetic interference via conduction, radiation or induction can affect other devices in the environment, resulting in performance degradation or function loss caused by dangerous operation. There are a lot of international standard-setting unit of electromagnetic compatibility smart grid related issues to develop a series of standardized, making smart grid products in the production or manufacture of a standard for reference, to reduce electromagnetic interference. Through testing and certification procedures, you can easy simplify the difficulty of smart grid related products import and export trade. In this thesis introduces electromagnetic interference causes, coupling paths and common electromagnetic compatibility relative tests. Also, summary electromagnetic compatibility standards for load equipment of smart grid and introduces non conformity debug method.
