Abstract

主辦單位:成功大學醫學工程研究所; 中華民國醫學工程學會; 成功大學 ; 以中醫相關研究得知氣喘疾病主要來自肺虛,而且最後會導致其他器官如腎、肝臟的虛症,而且虛症在相關的聞診(語音)研究之中發現有明顯差異。本研究的主要目的是想利用非侵入式的方式與訊號處理的技術,來對聲音進行分析,進而回推至氣喘病變與發音器官之間的關聯性。本研究的研究重點,是利用中醫聞診(語音)來量化氣喘病情,以母音(/a/、/i/、/u/、/e/、/o/)為實驗語音樣本,來作為研究分析氣喘疾病病患與健康人之語音樣本的差異性,分別以音高,越零率及共振峰作基本的分析。 ; According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, asthma is caused by the "weakening" of lung, which will possibly lead to the"weakening" of either kidney or liver. Related research has shown that auscultation was different between the people with weakening organ and the normal ones. This research is to use the speech signal processing technique to determine the difference of auscultation between the people with asthma and the normal ones. The vowel sounds(/a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /o/) will be used for two subject groups to pronounce and to find out the difference between two groups. The speech parameters including pitch, zero crossing rate, and format, will be analyzed. ; CD8903-4824
