On this paper, the Penang Project and the Manila-Kalibo Project at NIT, Nagaoka College are introduced and explained. Some of the swimming club members in NIT, Nagaoka College are assigned to make an English presentation in a Southeast Asian country based on their Uitemate experience. The Uitemate International Workshops were organized in Tokyo in 2012, Thailand in 2013, Singapore in 2014, and Malaysia in 2015, and will be held in the Philippines in 2016. This project is originally proposed from the president of the Society of Water Rescue and Survival Research. Five members of the swimming club joined the one in Penang, Malaysia in 2015, and five more members will attend the workshop in Manila and Kalibo in the Philippines in 2016. The procedure of this project and the reparation for the English presentation are also scussed on this paper. Moreover, some of the contents of the survey which the authors of this paper conducted for the workshop presentation will be covered. Finally, some of the outcomes the authors gained from this project will be also discussed from English teaching and learning aspect.
