Abstract
16S rRNA sequences downloaded from RDP database. MAAFT multiple alignment of full-length 16S rRNA sequences. Post-alignment all sequences were trimmed to same length. Post-trimming, phylogenetic tree built using PHYML (100 bootstraps).
