Abstract

Lung abscess is an infrequent but serious problem in children. Bilateral lung abscesses occur even less commonly. We experienced a case of bilateral Pseudomonas aeruginosa lung abscesses in a 2-month-old infant after open heart surgery for interrupted aortic arch.
