Secretory carcinoma of the breast. Study of a case in male and revision of the litterature [La tumeur secretoire du sein. Etude d'un cas chez l'homme et revue de la litterature]
Abstract
The secretory carcinoma of the breast represents a rare variety of breast neoplasm, inusual in the male, histologically characterized by a great amount of intra and extracellular secretion, without any correlation to hormonal disequilibrium. Absolutely lacking in pathognomonics, mammographics and echographics characters, it necessitates of a correct diagnostic frame, expecially in the male, where it can be easily confused with a nodular gynecomasty.
