Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el montaje de un dispositivo experimental para la medida de la eficiencia de células fotovoltaicas y su aplicación al estudio del efecto de diversos recubrimientos protectores de vidrios de alta transmitancia. El trabajo comprende el montaje y su validez mediante una célula de silicio monocristalino. Una vez validado el sistema y caracterizada la célula fotovoltaica empleada, se aplicará a investigar el efecto que sobre la eficiencia fotovoltaica produce el uso de dichos recubrimientos de vidrio. Se estudiará igualmente los efectos de incorporar colorantes en el interior del vidrio, y como ello afecta a la eficiencia fotovoltaica. ; ABSTRACT: Project is develop an experimental setup to measure the efficiency of a photovoltaic cell and its application to the study of the effects produced by the introduction of various protective coatings of high transmittance glasses. Labour includes the assembly of the device and its validity using a monocrystalline silicon cell. Once validated the system and characterized the photovoltaics cell used, this setup will be used to study the effects on the cell efficiency of different protective coatings based on high transmitting glasses. It will also examine the effects of incorporating dyes (doping) in the glass, and how this affects the photovoltaic efficiency. ; Grado en Física
