Abstract

pre-emptive analgesia is an antinociceptive treatment that prevent the establishment of alterated central excitability due to high intensity noxious stimuli.The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of pre emptive analgesia, in patient submitted to breast reconstrction procedure.
