In Anlehnung an presswerkrelevante Fertigungsoperationen und konventionelle Prüfverfahren wird eine Methode zur Werkstoffcharakterisierung entwickelt. Im Vordergrund der Untersuchungen steht die Beschreibung des plastischen Formänderungsverhaltens im Zuge von Umform- oder Scherschneidoperationen. ; The processing of high strength multi phase steels represents a challenge due to the complex microstructure and the specific forming mechanisms. According to typical press shop operations as well as standard material testing techniques, a method for material characterization is developed. The investigation focuses on describing the behavior of plastic deformation resulting from sheet metal forming operations or shear cutting processes.
