With the rapid development of social economy, the noise pollution of road traffic increasingly serious. In 2010 the roads with quality road traffic noise account for 68%. This paper will study the measure to reduce the traffic noise from the urban master plan. Moreover the measures and recommendations will be proposed directly and indirectly, which includes road material, road supplementary facilities, residence number, city layout and others.
