Abstract

The emergence of plasma surface treatment technology, not only improved the product performance, increase the production efficiency, with the rapid development of high-tech industries. This paper mainly introduces the principle of plasma surface modification, and emphatically expounds the plasma surface treatment technology in process industry and important application in the field of medical treatment.
