We present a method for 3D+t modeling of the coronary tree from non-simultaneous angiographic sequences acquired on device monoplane angiography. Each sequence is processed by multiscale analysis model. The coronary tree is drawn in an image of each sequence with a semi-interactive tool based on preprocessing. This tree is automatically tracked in each sequence of a cardiac cycle using motion-constrained B-snakes forced to overcome the problems of crossing arteries in the image. Finally a reconstruction method from stereoscopic images synchronized with the electrocardiogram is applied to find the 3D arteries and their section. The proposed reconstruction method explicitly takes into account the problem of non-simultaneous stereo for which the epipolar constraints are not directly observed.
