Abstract

Functionalised 1-alkynylarsines were synthesized by reaction of the corresponding 1-alkynyltributylstannane on arsenic trichloride followed by chemoselective redn. of the formed 1-alkynyldichloroarsine by tributyltin hydride in the presence of small amts. of a radical inhibitor. Rearrangements of these compds. into the corresponding arsaalkynes were attempted. [on SciFinder(R)]
