Abstract

The Project Design Methodology (MDP) systematizes the design of a project with a cooperative and collaborative work, setting the criteria for evaluation and follow-up. However, the MDP don't provide the development of the Logical Framework Matrix (ML). The ML is a tool that deploys and supplies the criteria for monitoring and validation of the management of a project within the Logical Framework Approach (EML). In this work, a correlation was made of the methodological and conceptual elements of the MDP and ML, getting the relationship that allows the consistent development of the ML, from the elements of the MDP. So, this paper describes an alternative methodology for the design of projects that competing for funding in the field of science and technology within the industry in general and the chemical industry in particular.
