Abstract

SeriesInformation ; 23rd European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition, 1-5 September 2008, Valencia, Spain; 214-217 ; Abstract ; This paper reports on the investigation of ZnO nanowires grown by Metal-Organic Chemical-Vapour- Deposition method. Such materials exhibit nanowires diameter, density and orientations very much compatible with dye-sensitized solar cells applications. The influence of the main experimental growth parameters on the structural properties of the ZnO nanowires network is discussed.
