In this paper the authors present the main theoretical and practical aspects regarding the construction of the wideband disk microstrip antenna. The electromagnetical parameters of the antenna, their shape, and the physical dimensions are analyzed. Different measurements are performed for the antenna and the experimental results are evaluated.
