Abstract

Upper extremity arterial injury is a common and a serious condition and may even lead to amputation if treated improperly. Ligation of the ulnar or radial artery is frequently performed by the vascular surgeons as a treatment method. It should be avoided especially if the radial and ulnar arteries are simultaneously injured. In this case, a different approach in terms of the reconstruction is presented.
