In this case report authors analyze their own experience in the treatment of aortoenteric fistulas (AEF),consequently to the last technical improvements.They have favoured amongstother arterial allografts,axillofemoral bypasses and endografts.For the purpose of this report,thei surgical activity between Jan 1994 and Dec. 2008 have beeen analyzed and obteined datas have proved that allografts are an efficacious tecnical option forthe treatment of AEFs
