Abstract

In presented work the Finite Element Methods combined with MATLAB was introduced. This strategy enables changing of all parameters of a few types of magnetic motors and electrostatic micromotors MEMS. Furthermore, this strategy allowed for taking advantage of FEMM, namely possibility of calculations of complicated geometries without additional operations.
