Abstract

Evolutionary history of endosymbionts obtained through a phylogenomic approach. The figure indicates analysis using the Neighbor joining (NJ) (A) and Maximum parsimony (MP) (B) methods. For NJ and MP, the percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1,500 replicates) is shown next to the branches. The scale bar represents amino acids substitutions per site. (TIF)
