Validation of mRNA expression of gene signature in MYC-induced osteosarcomas by quantitative real-time PCR. Quantitative real-time PCR with primers specific for genes associated with MYC induced tumorigenesis were applied to cDNA samples upon MYC inactivation for 0, 8, 24, 48 and MYC reactivation for 8, 24 and 48 hours in MYC induced osteosarcomas to validate the mRNA expression. mRNA expression was normalized by r-tTA expression.
