Abstract

In order to describe the citizen behavior toward e-administration, understood as the interaction channel of the government for services delivery using ICT, it is necessary to identify the citizen ICT attitude/aptitude and his perception of this form of government-citizen interaction. Each one of the previous constructs is based on observable and measurable variables with enough information, which produces a citizen categorization. In this document, there will be an academic application of the multivariate data analysis concepts to confirm the proposed constructs, and then to categorized citizens based on their ICT attitude/aptitude and e-administration perception.
