Abstract

From nano- to macroscale: The immobilization of photo- and redox-active 9,10-di(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)-9,10-dihydroanthracene-based dipeptide 1 onto SWCNTs resulted in a high order of self-alignment among 1/SWCNTs. The assembly of the 1/SWCNTs is the key for stabilizing long-lived charge-separated states that are formed upon photoexcitation of the SWCNTs.
