Abstract

Extranodal involvement of RDD is extremely rare. There are several reports regarding about total excision ,without any recurrencesubtotal excision without further progression.The natural course of the disease and the choice of treatment is stil controversial. In our case surgery and radiotherapy combination seems to be beneficial.
