Complex impedance analysis was carried out on polycrystalline La3Ti2TaO11 ceramics synthesized by solidstate ceramic route. A preliminary structural analysis indicated the crystal structure to be orthorhombic with space group Pmc21. Impedance spectrum results indicated that the electrical properties of the material were strongly dependent on frequency and temperature.
