Abstract

This study explored the creative process of an art education teacher, a consecutive winner of the National Weaving Arts Award from 2002 to 2005. The classroom instruction by the teacher was supplemented by an interactive instructional website enabling her to share her ideas and creative thinking process. The methods of this study include observation, individual interviews, and content analysis. The major contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) systematic analysis of the effectiveness of the interactive instructional website in sharing the artwork and creative processes of the artist; (2) the expanding the knowledge and experience in ICT, especially the use of online instructional video; (3) presenting the work of the subject with detailed commentary, thus enhancing the creativity for students and teachers via interactive online multimedia.
