Abstract

Eastern Ghats are one of the richest of biodiversity centres in India. The hill ranges are discontinuous and separated by rivers which flow through them. The spermatophytes of Eastern Ghats provide various useful products for human consumption. Which include timber and non timber forest products. The knowledge regarding traditional uses of various plant species is dwindling in recent days. It is very important to protect our indigenous traditional knowledge regarding the green wealth. Therefore, in the present paper the ethno botanical uses regarding all useful plants other than ethnomedicine and ethnic food plants are given.
