Abstract

The concentration profiles of neodymium, erbium and niobium thermally diffused into (001) 0953-8984/9/34/002/img9 single crystals have been investigated by the Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy. The activation energy 0953-8984/9/34/002/img10, and the pre-exponential factor, 0953-8984/9/34/002/img11, obtained for Nd, Er and Nb are 0953-8984/9/34/002/img12 eV, 0953-8984/9/34/002/img13 and 0953-8984/9/34/002/img14.
