Abstract

Significance The identification and subsequent grafting of a unique peptide binding site within the Fab domain offers a unique means of adding functionality to monoclonal antibodies through a noncovalent interaction including improved pretargeted imaging, alternative payload delivery, and cross-linking of mAbs on cell surfaces to enhance their therapeutic potential.
