Abstract

栄養士課程の学生が「食料自給率」をはじめとする現在のわが国の食に関する問題についてどのように認識しているかを明らかにするため,食料自給率に対する認識度と食料を購入する際の行動状況調査を行った.その結果,「食の安全性」「食料自給率」「食の環境」といった現在のわが国の食に関する問題を認識し不安を抱いていることが明らかになった.しかし,食料自給率の数値といった具体的内容については十分といえない状況もわかった.また,食生活については食生活指針の内容が多く選択され,食生活を管理する力が養われつつある状況が示唆された. ; A survey was conducted on the Food and Nutrition course students on their awareness regarding food self-sufficiency. The results show that the students are fully aware of the current problems facing the counry such as "food safety", " food self-sufficiency", and " food and the enviroment". The guidelines on eating habits were largely chosen and it was shown that management of eating habits was given much importance.
