公開號：200835134 ; 申請號：096105814 ; 國際分類號：H03B-019/14(2006.01) 備註：此專利是否失效，請以經濟部智慧財產局專利資訊檢索系統為主。 ; 一種注入鎖定除頻器(Injection Locked Frequency Divider),包括訊號注入單元、哈特萊(Hartley)壓控振盪器(Voltage Controlled Oscillator)與偏壓單元。訊號注入單元與偏壓單元分別用以輸出注入訊號至哈特萊壓控振盪器與對其進行偏壓。哈特萊壓控振盪器用以接收注入訊號,並經由第一輸出端與第二輸出端輸出差動輸出訊號,其中包括第一、第二電晶體與電容電感共振腔電路(LC Tank)。第一電晶體及第二電晶體之第一端分別耦接至第一及第二輸出端,第二端耦接至第一節點。電容電感共振腔電路用以決定哈特萊壓控振盪器之共振頻率,並作為第一與第二電晶體之正迴授電路。
