Abstract

In the present work 1D magnonic crystal is considered. Such structures are similar to the photonic and acoustic crystals but formed on the basis of magnetic materials in which the magnetostatic waves can propagate. Due to the possibility of propagation of different types of waves these systems can be used in the different signal processing devices. In this work the study of dispersion, magnetic and electric field distribution in the primitive cell of periodical structure was provided. The nonreciprocity phenomena were investigated in detail for the structures with non-symmetrical load for the different distances between YIG film and metal shield.
