Abstract

Embedding analytic rubrics into coursework can be an effective method of assessing skill development. Utilizing a norming framework, we found that the Information Literacy VALUE rubric could be used to discriminate graduate level work. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to modify and calibrate rubrics, establish validity and reliability, and build interdepartmental partnerships.
