Abstract

The authors have obtained the spectrum of the Halpha line with strong self-absorption in a pulsed source. The spectrum has been corrected for self-absorption. The corrected profiles allow the authors to obtain plasma electron densities, which are in good agreement with those obtained from the Hbeta line.
