Abstract

On base of physical and chemical properties and grindability requirements of pulverized coal in Specifications of coal used in pulverized coal injectionadded other performance indicators about flammabilityreactivitytransport property and security of pulverized coala more exhaustive indicator system of coal used in pulverized coal injection was established.Increase of indicators made importance relation among all indicators more complicated and fuzzy. That led to the new indicator system difficult in applicationbut fuzzy mathematics solved it.Some indicators were determined for which quantitative analysis was suitableand their relative optimum membership degrees were defined.By fuzzy pattern recognition model with cross irerationindicators’ weighing and optimum conclusions came out.The method was used to optimize 11 kinds of coal used in pulverized coal injection in some iron mill.Optimum conclusions are approved by technicians.
