The specimens were captured with Cerrado fragments. We've used four capture sites totaling 9504 effort of h.m² in this area. We've registered 161 specimens from seven species belonging to two families (Phyllostomidae: Artibeus lituratus, Artibeus planirostris, Carollia erspicillata, Glossophaga soricina, Platyrrhinus lineatus e Sturnira lilium; Molossidae: Molossops temminckii). The C. perspicillata and G. soricina were found using the farm edification as refuge. the capture of a great number of Phyllostomidae bats family is interesting because this area is in the process of regeneration. Besides, there is a strong correlation between this family and the variety of vegetable species found. Key words: Phyllostomidae; refuge. conservation.
