Neurectomy was performed in all cases. With a follow-up period of over 3 years, 30 feet were examined, which represented 36 neur o- mas. Thirty four were painless. Shoe wear was normal in the whole series except for 10 patients. Fourteen commissural hypoesthesia and 7 commissural and pulpar hypoesthesia were noted. Scars were painless in 31 cases, hyperkeratosic in 3 cases. Neurectomy led to a total disappearance of pain in 90% of the cases.
