Abstract

Two new imaging tools using polydentate cyclodextrins were obtained using an innovative synthetic strategy. For the first time the influence of hydrogen bonding interactions of the cyclodextrin free rim was studied by MRI. The pos. second coordination sphere effect was then quantified.
