Abstract

The quasi-gasdynamic equations are reassessed and the nonconsistency of these equations is shown. The correct gasdynamic system of equations is found. The solution of these equations are obtained in special cases. The solution presents a new nonlinear object, beam-plasma structure, that consists of electrons and Langmuir waves, and moves with a constant speed. Numerical simulations corroborate the gasdynamic theory very well.
